Dr. Jyothiprasanth is a highly accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon with 14+ years of experience in arthroscopy, sports medicine, and joint replacements. He holds qualifications, including fellowships from the UK, Germany, and Australia.
As the Senior Consultant and Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon at Baby Memorial Hospital, Kannur, Dr. Jyothiprasanth has performed over 1,500 arthroscopic procedures and numerous complex joint replacements and was a pioneer in hip arthroscopy and minced articular cartilage repair in North Malabar.
He has authored 42 scientific papers and serves as a reviewer for many esteemed journals. Dr. Jyothiprasanth has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, holding positions in professional organizations and organizing conferences. He is an active lifetime member of national and international associations, including SICOT, APOA, and ISAKOS.
He received the Best Doctor Award in 2017 from the Honorable Health Minister of Kerala. Dr. Jyothiprasanth’s dedication to advancing orthopaedic surgery has earned him recognition as a leading expert in his field.
