  • Effect of priming with Cisatracurium on time of intubation and intubating conditions thesis done for DNB at Department of Anaesthesia, Fortis Hospitals Ltd, BG Road, Bengaluru. The study performed in 60 ASA I and II patients compared the efficacy of priming with the neuromuscular blocker, Cisatracurium on the time of intubation and intubating conditions. The conclusion of the study was the onset time of intubation had improved when Cisatracurium was used with priming, whereas the intubating conditions were excellent irrespective of the priming technique.
